Zach's story is one of rescue — Jesus pulled him out of the darkness and into the light — and now he's passionate about seeing others experience that same hope. If you're carrying a lot, feeling stuck, or wondering if God could really meet you where you are, you're not alone here. Zach preaches gospel-centered, verse-by-verse sermons and loves discipleship, shepherding, and serving the city. He's married to Chelsea, they have a daughter named Louie, and he'd love to grab coffee and hear your story.
Ashton joined The Way KC in 2024 with a heart to help people encounter Jesus and behold His beauty through worship. Raised in Enid, Oklahoma, Ashton grew up leading worship, but as a young adult she came to see that her gift is meant for one purpose: exalting the name of God. Her prayer is that every Sunday creates space for people to see Jesus for who He truly is and leave hungry to know the Lord more. Outside of ministry, Ashton loves finding hidden gems on Facebook Marketplace, spending time with her husband Roman, and game nights with her church family.
Roman loves to laugh, watch sports, and talk about the Lord — so if you're new, expect a smile and an easy conversation (often in flip flops). His teaching style is practical, gospel-centered, and rooted in the text — exegetical storytelling that connects Scripture to real life. He's especially passionate about youth, prayer, and life-on-life discipleship. Roman married Ashton Grace on September 1, 2024, and if you see him on a Sunday, say hi — he'd love to grab coffee or buy you lunch.
We'd love to hear from you. Reach out anytime.
