Ready to plan your visit to church in Kansas City? The Way Church KC is a community of misfits and saints — real people following the Way of Jesus together in the Rosedale neighborhood of Kansas City, KS. We're diverse, we're casual, and we genuinely love our neighbors.
Whether you're new to faith, returning after a long time away, or just checking things out — you'll find a room full of people who have also been welcomed in despite their mess. That's kind of the whole point.

On Sunday Mornings
What to Expect at Our Services
Our Sunday gatherings are designed to be accessible, Spirit-filled, and grounded in the Gospel — whether it's your first visit or your hundredth.
Worship
We sing together — songs that are real, raw, and rooted in Scripture. Expect contemporary worship designed to draw your heart to God, not perform for a crowd.
The Message
Pastor Zach preaches expository, verse-by-verse through books of the Bible. Sermons are Gospel-centered, practical, and around 30–35 minutes. Right now we're in the book of Acts.
The Atmosphere
Warm, laid-back, and genuinely welcoming. You'll be greeted at the door, introduced to real people, and never singled out or put on the spot. Coffee is always ready.
Service Length
About 75 minutes total. We start at 10:30 AM — plan to arrive a few minutes early so you can grab coffee, settle in, and meet someone before we begin.
For Families
Your Kids Are Welcome Here.
We love families, and we love kids. They're not a disruption — they're part of the church. That said, we do have a dedicated kids program so your little ones can learn at their level while you go deeper in the service.
- Kids ages 0–10 are dismissed to their own program after worship
- Age-appropriate Bible teaching, songs, and activities
- Safe, secure check-in process for your peace of mind
- Friendly volunteers who actually love being there

We want getting here to be the easiest part of your morning. Here's what to know before you arrive.

Free parking is available on the front and back side of the building at 4326 Lloyd Street. No permits, no meters — just pull in and head inside.

👕 Dress Code
There is none. Seriously. Dressed up, dressed down, or somewhere in between — just come as you are. We mean it.
☕ Pro Tip
Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early. We'll have hot coffee ready, and a little extra time means a chance to meet someone before things get started.
